    We are committed to helping our Partners recommend, sell and support TALC2000. We do this through:

  • Non-exclusive sales and marketing rights for a given territory /region /market

  • Partner Software

    We provide free TALC2000 Trial software so the partner can develop technical understanding and skills for sales and support.

  • Partner Training

    Because we are committed to providing our product users with the best guidance and support available, all Partners must undertake Sales and Technical training for TALC2000. This training includes a "Train the trainer" module so that Partners can then present a properly structured and documented training course for their own clients. Complete training in all facets of TALC2000 sales, installation and support requires five days.

  • Partner Support

    We help make partners look good with clients by giving them in depth technical support via email, the web, fax, modem and phone.

  • Partner Sales and Marketing Materials

    Sales materials such as presentations and whitepapers are made available in electronic format for partners. High quality brochures and evaluation sets are provided at cost plus shipping.

  • Internet Marketing & Lead Generation

    We are continually measuring and enhancing our web site performance and undertaking promotion of the web site to generate potential business for our partners. Partner contact details are included and promoted on the site to encourage site visitors to contact partners directly.

    Partners take responsibility for training their customers. TALC2000 is simple to learn and use and effective training is our partner’s guarantee of a negligible ongoing support cost.

  • Provide local customer support

    Partners act as the interface for all customer support and in most cases resolve any customer queries themselves. We provide strong support to Partners for those very few occasions when installation difficulties are encountered.
